    We check your address

    Our sign-up process starts with a map check to make sure you are within our service area. We need to keep our routes tight so that we can service our customers efficiently and effectively. If we aren’t currently servicing your area, don’t worry! We are growing quickly. Just leave us your email address and we will be in touch when we offer service in your neighborhood.

    Provide Your Details

    Once we have determined you are in our area, you can provide us with your information. Things like, how many bins do you have? How often do you want us to come out? You will also create an account and complete checkout at this step.

    We schedule / Route

    After we have all of your information, our routing team will work on getting you on to one of our routes. We will come to your home the day after your scheduled trash pick-up day, so your bins will be empty and available for cleaning

    We arrive and clean!

    You will receive a text reminder on the day before your cleaning and again on the morning of your cleaning. When we arrive, we will take your bins and run them through our custom-built, eco-friendly truck which will wash, sanitized, and disinfect them. You’ll get one final text to know that we have finished our work, but you probably will know already, by the way your cans look and smell!

    Our trucks are tough on grime, but gentle on the environment. We leave with all the contaminated water, so nothing goes down the storm drain at your house. At the end of the day, we dispose of the water properly so that it runs through an approved water treatment facility.
